My name’s Josh Brisbane. I grew up in Southern California and have always been pulled toward the ocean. I started surfing as a kid, spent time sailing with family, and still stay active through surfing, Jiu-Jitsu, and fitness.

After getting injured, I needed a new outlet — something that gave me the same sense of focus and freedom. That’s when I started painting.

I’ve always appreciated abstract coastal art, especially pieces with movement and texture. Now I get to create them myself — and it’s become something I genuinely enjoy.
